DLA Piper has advised Armada Credit Partners when investing in an e-health company

DLA Piper advised Armada Credit Partners in connection with the financing of Verdane's acquisition of the e-health company Evondos Oy with subsidiaries, as well as Armada's investment therewith. Evondos wants to improve home care of elderly, as the market leader in the region Nordic for automated services within pharmaceutical dosing for home care.

DLA Piper's team in Sweden consisted of Carl Schwieler, Emelie Piironen and Philip Berglund. DLA Piper's team in Finland consisted mainly of Antti Niemi, Ida-Sofia Antinluoma and Tiia Mäki.
