Andreas Arent Jespersen
Andreas Arent Jespersen is primarily engaged in mergers and acquisitions and company law. Andreas advises especially owner managers in connection with the sale of businesses, in particular within the SME segment. He also acts for buyers in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
He advises on all legal aspects throughout the entire process, including data room work, the drafting of transaction documents and their negotiation, reinvestment, where relevant, and work relating to the completion of the transaction.
In addition, he provides advice on general company law, including the formation of companies, shareholders’ agreements, incentive programmes for employees, conversion of companies, solvent liquidations, etc.
