Anja Bülow Jensen
Anja Bülow Jensen provides specialised legal advice within the fields of employment and labour law. She also advises on data protection (GDPR).
She assists both Danish and international clients.
Anja possesses in-depth knowledge of complex issues related to collective labour law and collective agreements. Anja has particular expertise in business transfers, corporate restructurings and collective redundancies.
She holds rights of audience before the High Court and has many years of experience conducting proceedings before the ordinary courts, arbitration tribunals and the Labour Court. In addition, she has served as an arbitrator.
Over the years, Anja has lectured to both legal professionals and businesses on employment law and data protection.
