Anna Jussil Broms is head of DLA Piper Sweden's Intellectual Property & Technology practice as well as sector head in Sweden for Media- Sports- and Entertainment. She advises clients in matters relating to technology, intellectual property rights, sports, media, marketing, distribution and franchise.
Anna advises clients with drafting and negotiating contracts governing software licensing, outsourcing, cloud contracts, distribution, payment services, social media, data protection, AI and e-commerce as well as in relation to IP and Technology transactions and co-operations. She is experienced in registration, licensing and litigation relating to intellectual property rights and regulatory issues and contentious matters in the media- and telecom sectors.
