Birthe Bank

Birthe Bank is secretary to Per Buttenschøn, dealing primarily with matters of insolvency law, including dealing independently with the administration of bankruptcy estates and compulsory dissolution of companies.

Birthe has completed the continuing education programme operated by the Association of Danish Law Firms providing a formal qualification for legal secretaries and she is thus a qualified specialised legal secretary/paralegal.
