Elisabet Borg

Elisabet Borg specialises in general contract law, commercial agreements, and IT law. Her primary focus is on the negotiation, drafting, and review of agreements between companies, including agency, commission, and distributor agreements, cloud service agreements, IT service and software agreements, distribution agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, as well as various purchase and sale agreements. Elisabet provides ongoing, high-level legal advice to companies of varying sizes, from startups to multinational groups, both domestically and internationally, frequently in complex projects within sectors such as technology, automotive/industrial, consumer goods, and retail.

In addition, Elisabet assists clients in matters relating to general corporate law, private company acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, and various forms of strategic collaborations, including joint ventures. She regularly works with share transfers, general meetings, new share issues, mergers and share buybacks, as well as the drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and investment agreements. Elisabet also has extensive experience in legal and general project management, placing great emphasis on finding commercial and sustainable solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Elisabet holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University (2019) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialisation in Corporate Commercial Law & Trade from the University of Illinois, College of Law in Urbana-Champaign, USA.
