Emil Serup Christensen

Emil Serup Christensen works in property law, with a particular focus on construction law. He advises parties in the construction industry – including both contractors and clients – on legal matters at all stages of construction projects.

Emil provides advice on the conclusion of contracts and has solid experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts as well as terms and conditions of sale and delivery. He focuses on ensuring a clear contractual basis and managing risks in construction and civil engineering projects.

In addition, Emil has experience with dispute resolution before the Arbitration Board, out-of-court dispute resolution and litigation in the courts. He assists clients in disputes and advises them throughout the entire process – from the initial assessment to the conclusion of the case.
