Emilie Møller advises on real-estate transactions and is the Danish as well as Nordic Practice Group Head of DLA Piper’s Real Estate Group.

In 2019, Emilie was selected for Berlingske Talent 100 (a list of the 100 most promising business talents in Denmark under the age of 35) and was also awarded the Estate Media Award for young talent of the year.
Emilie has a wealth of experience in completing major real-estate transactions for Danish as well as international property investors, private equity funds, asset managers and developers.
Emilie has acted on several of the most significant transactions in Denmark and she is particularly recognised for her competencies in managing and driving comprehensive transactions and processes as well as for her commercial and solution-oriented approach.
Emilie has particular experience within portfolio transactions of commercial and residential rental properties and transactions of development properties, including forward-purchase and forward-funding models.
Her assistance spans all phases of a transaction, including management of the due diligence process, structuring, contract negotiations and financing.

- Emilie acted for Heimstaden Bostad on the acquisition of Akelius’ portfolio of businesses in Denmark and Sweden. The transaction in Denmark formed part of the largest private real estate deal in the Nordics to date and one of the largest in the world.
- Emilie further acted for Heimstaden Bostad AB on the coordination and completion of a comprehensive Vendor Due Diligence of the company’s portfolio of properties situated in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and the UK.
- Emilie acted for Oxford Properties on the acquisition of 27 logistics and industrial properties from three funds managed by M7 Real Estate. The properties totalling 223,800 square metres are located in the Greater Copenhagen Area and the Triangle Region in central Denmark. The acquisition was Oxford Properties' very first investment in the Nordics.
- Emilie advised AXA IM on investing on behalf of its clients in connection with its acquisition of the newly built residential property “Nobelholmen” from AP Ejendomme, a Danish pension-fund owned company. The property comprising 192 residential units totalling approx. 20,000 square metres is located in the south Copenhagen district of Sydhavnen.
- Emilie also advised AXA IM on investing on behalf of its clients in connection with its acquisition of two newly built residential properties from Danish owner ALFA Development. The properties of Frimærket and Den Grønne Fatning, located in the northwest Copenhagen area of Herlev, comprise a total of 254 residential units, a commercial unit and parking facilities.
- Emilie has acted for Cromwell Property Group and Carlyle Group on several logistics property acquisitions in Denmark.
- Emilie assisted Thylander Gruppen in its sale of a 33,000 square metre life-science business park located in the north Copenhagen area of Søborg to global asset manager AEW.
- Emilie assisted Abrdn in its acquisition of a newly renovated property located in the heart of Copenhagen from Danish property development company Gefion. The property previously housed the Copenhagen police station and today comprises 72 student residential units and a retail shop.
- Moreover, Emilie assisted a Danish owner, KONstruct, in reselling a residential property in the affluent Aarhus district of Risskov to Heimstaden Bostad. The property comprised 248 residential units totalling 17,750 square metres.
