Emma Brolund is a capital markets specialist and has extensive experience from advising issuers, financial advisers, investors and other market participants (both domestic and international) in connection with a broad range of transactions and other market activities including public M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, mergers, capital restructurings as well as related company law, governance and regulatory compliance issues.

Emma also has a particular in-depth expertise in regulatory compliance in capital markets. Her previous experience includes working at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Nasdaq and top tier law firms.
