Erik Brändt Öfverholm specializes in competition law and the field of foreign direct investment (FDI) control. He heads DLA Piper's Competition & Public Procurement group in Sweden. Before joining DLA Piper, he was the head of EU and Competition Law at another international law firm in Stockholm. Erik also has a background at the Swedish Competition Authority.
Erik assists clients on all competition law-related matters, such as strategic merger control advice, litigation and matters before competition authorities, compliance, state aid and public procurement. Erik is ranked as a "Rising Star" by Legal 500.
