Fredrik Finsås

Fredrik Finsås is associated DLA Piper's Intellectual Property and Technology group. He primarily works with corporate law issues, M&A and commercial contracts towards companies primarily within the technology sector.

Fredrik is a business legal advisor for several technology companies, assisting with funding processes, transactions, establishment of companies and ownership structuring, employee incentive programs, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He is also involved on the investor side and has assisted capital management environments with investments and establishment of funds.

In addition, Fredrik has extensive experience with insolvency-related issues, debt collection and dispute resolutions processes.
