Jess Thiersen

Jess Thiersen has for a number of years dealt with various aspects of law and thereby gained extensive experience within major legal areas. He has thus acted for a vast variety of clients facing different needs and challenges. 

Jess has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and was an acting high-court judge at the Danish Eastern High Court in 2013. 

Jess has broad legal expertise and provides advice on direct and indirect taxes, company law, ownership transitions and capital markets. He also advises on contract law, including in connection with lease and tenancy agreements. Furthermore, Jess advises on family law, where he assists in the drawing up of wills and marriage contracts etc. He also assists clients in connection with lawsuits and the acquisition of enterprises. 

With his broad experience, Jess has acted for a large number of various types of clients, spanning from private individuals to business-sector clients, including large enterprises and foundations. 

Jess serves as a member of several boards of directors of Danish business enterprises and governing bodies of foundations.
