Jonas Bergheim

Jonas Bergheim is a part of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology Group. He works in particular with corporate law issues and M&A towards companies primarily within the technology sector. 

Jonas assists with funding processes, transactions, establishment of companies and ownership structuring, employee incentive programs, as well as handling shareholder disputes. He also assists capital management environments with investments and establishment of funds. 

Through having previously run his own IT consultancy, Jonas has built up a good knowledge of various technologies and digital platforms. The combination of technological insight and legal expertise enables him to understand the special features of the technology companies we assist.
