Josefine Mannerfelt

Josefine Mannerfelt works in areas such as intellectual property, technology, commercial contracts and data protection. She regularly assists clients with issues relating to the new regulatory frameworks within the EU's Digital Decade legislation package, such as DORA, AI Act and Data Act. In addition, Josefine is part of the firm's Media, Sports and Entertainment practice.

Josefine also works with general corporate law matters and has experience in assisting investment funds with a focus on venture capital, start-ups and tech companies with their capital raisings, investments, incentive programmes and mergers and acquisitions.
