- Josephine acted for an IT group in a trademark dispute. The action called for in-depth knowledge of the industry, including the new technological advances, as well as the structuring of arguments relating to trademark, marketing and corporate law in a civil action.
- Josephine provides advice to online platforms on terms and conditions in the light of, among other things, the liability-exemption rules set out in the Danish e-commerce Act. She acted for a platform in a criminal case concerning distribution of third-party products, including issues of product safety.
