Lars Albert Jøstensen

Lars Albert Jøstensen mainly focuses on insurance, reinsurance, liability claims and dispute resolution.

He acts for foreign and domestic insurers and reinsurers with respect to complex claims and disputes under insurance policies and reinsurance contracts and frequently assists in handling cyber incidents ("breach response") and coverage claims under cyber insurance policies. Lars Albert also has particular experience in relation to director and officers' claims (D&O), financial lines and W&I insurance matters. In addition, he assists international insurers and claims handling companies (including those operating on the London market) on the development of policy wordings in the Norwegian market.

Lars Albert has extensive domestic and international dispute resolution experience on insurance, reinsurance and commercial contract matters, including shipping and construction.
