Levent Kitir

Levent Kitir specialises in insolvency law and has extensive experience in handling bankruptcy estates, reconstructions, compulsory dissolution of companies and litigation arising from bankruptcy. In addition, Levent advises creditors and other stakeholders in connection with distressed exposures, including on the handling of claims, assets and other insolvency law risks.

Levent has considerable experience with business transfers in bankruptcy across a wide range of sectors, as well as experience with cross-border insolvency law issues, including the coordination of estates and assets across jurisdictions. Levent regularly conducts litigation on behalf of bankruptcy estates, including compensation and avoidance cases. Levent also has experience in the administration of distressed companies with complex structures and assets.
