Mak Perendija

Mak Perendija specialises in insolvency and restructuring, including disputes in connection with bankruptcy proceedings.

Mak deals mainly with the administration of bankrupt companies, in-court and out-of-court restructurings, the sale and purchase of distressed enterprises as well as advising clients holding an interest in distressed accounts.

Furthermore, Mak is engaged in issues of general commercial law and regularly conducts litigation before the Danish courts.

He provides advice to distressed enterprises, creditors and management bodies on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, disputes relating to insolvency law as well as issues concerning adjudication, business transfers and managerial liability.

Mak is particularly experienced in winding up medium-sized companies under the auspices of financial creditors as well as in dealing with matters relating to inter-related fraudulent companies, where the Danish Tax Administration is often the principal creditor.

In addition, Mak provides assistance in relation to the completion of re-openings, mergers and demergers as well as solvent liquidations
