Sanna Rautio
Sanna Rautio practices primarily in the area of employment law. She advises private and public sector employers, as well as employees in connection with various employment law matters, among others, on collective bargaining agreements, legislation development, employment agreements and co-operational proceedings.
Additionally, Sanna has many years of experience in assignments related to international mobility. She has worked with employment law issues in cross-border situations, including for example assignment agreements, assignment policies, employer obligations and regulation concerning international work. Also, Sanna has experience in personal taxation and social security in international situations.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Sanna has worked in an international consulting firm as well as in the Finnish Tax Administration.
