Sara Gade Løgsted

Sara specializes in employment law and advises both Danish and international clients on all aspects of Danish employment law. She also assists in litigation and disputes within the field.

She has extensive experience drafting employment contracts, executive service agreements, termination letters, severance agreements, bonus and incentive schemes, as well as other employment-related documents. In addition, she advises on the handling of personnel matters, including warnings, dismissals, and discrimination cases.

Sara also has experience with employment law due diligence in connection with corporate transactions, where she assists in identifying risks and preparing relevant documentation and recommendations.
