Sarah Paustian Sander provides advice on technology-related law as well as on media, sports and entertainment law. Sarah advises Danish and international clients on the conclusion of contracts, including negotiation and dispute resolution, and assists them in navigating both the Danish legal framework and EU legislation. Sarah deals especially with the legal aspects of streaming services, film and TV production and football.

Sarah also provides assistance in connection with litigation and dispute resolution. Sarah has experience from the public sector as well as knowledge of administrative law and matters where the public sector is a party.

Sarah often lectures at courses on artificial intelligence etc. and is a frequent guest on the DLA Piper podcast serial (in Danish) ”Keeping abreast of law”, when the subject is about AI.
