Signe Bang Mau

Signe Bang Mau deals primarily with commercial and company law with a particular focus on national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within a number of sectors and industries. Signe advises on investment structures, the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents as well as process management and the conduct of legal due diligence. 

Moreover, Signe has extensive experience in advising on general company law, including in connection with the creation of enterprises, private equity and venture investments, the setup of warrant programmes, as well as in advising startups and the drafting of commercial contracts in both Danish and English.
