Stian Heimdal
Stian specialises in dispute resolution and construction law, and has extensive experience providing legal assistance in large and complex building and infrastructure projects.
He has previously worked as a lawyer at AF Gruppen and Veidekke Entreprenør, which has given him valuable insight into the technical and commercial challenges that characterise the construction industry.
He advises clients in the construction and civil engineering sectors at all stages of a project – from the concept and design phase, through contract negotiations, project support and risk management, to dispute resolution and litigation.
Stian possesses in-depth knowledge of the specification systems used in Norwegian construction projects, including NS 3420 and R761/R762. He also has particular expertise in matters relating to consulting engineers’ professional liability.
He regularly gives lectures and training courses for participants in the construction and engineering industry.
