Stine Gellert provides advice and assistance to Danish and international businesses and public authorities.  

She advises and assists businesses in connection with transport, logistics, trade in goods and services as well as commercial agreements and issues. Her assistance includes i.a., the drafting of standard agreements as well as the negotiation and conclusion of agreements and their application in practice. 

Stine also advises and assists businesses on issues relating to sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and rules in that respect as well as in connection with businesses’ policies, procedures, reports, due diligence and agreements in this relation.  

Stine also has experience of providing advice and assistance to businesses and public authorities regarding natural resources, energy, environment, climate and international law. She also provides advice on telecommunications and communications satellites.  

Finally, Stine advises and assists businesses on the interpretation and application of rules on sanctions and expert controls as well as in connection with drafting and applying policies and procedures regarding compliance with the rules in that respect.

Recent highlights
  • Stine acted for a global enterprise on the drafting of its standard agreements as well as on the negotiation and conclusion of specific agreements concerning transport and logistics. The agreements concern the supply of transport and logistics services as well as compliance with relevant rules and standards, also including issues relating to sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).  
  • Stine has advised several enterprises on the interpretation and application of rules on sanctions and export controls regarding their activities, transactions and owners as well as on the operation of subsidiaries in sanctioned countries. Stine also acted for and assisted these enterprises on the drafting and application of their policies and procedures for complying with rules on sanctions and export controls, including regarding dual-use products. 
  • Stine has advised and assisted Naalakkersuisut (the Government of Greenland). Her services included advising on oil and gas, minerals, waterpower, energy and utilities, tourism, environment, climate, maritime issues, international law, maritime law, international agreements and the legal aspects relating to the Greenland Self-Government. 
  • Stine advised a number of global enterprises on the legal aspects relating to telecommunications, electronic communications networks and services as well as communications satellites networks and services. Her advice also concerned regulation and agreements regarding the establishment and operation of such networks and services.
