Thomas Ulrik

Thomas Ulrik’s primary practice areas are asset management and real estate transactions, including advice on corporate structuring, prospectus/investor information and investor sales. 

In addition, Thomas often advises in connection with property development projects and within the commercial lease area, where he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating lease, management and operating agreements regarding offices, hotels, and shopping centres. 

Thomas serves on several boards, including the boards of commercial funds and managers of alternative investment funds.

Thomas has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts.
