Tuuli Jalonen

Tuuli Jalonen practices in the area of employment law. She advises private and public sector employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment and executive agreements, collective agreements, change negotiations, transactions, employment-related disputes and incentive schemes.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Tuuli worked at a compensation and incentives advisory firm, where she focused particularly on executive compensation, broad-based incentive schemes and equity incentive arrangements.

Tuuli also has experience in personal taxation from a consulting firm and the Finnish Tax Administration.
