Fredrik Lykke
Fredrik Lykke har betydelig erfaring med å bistå kjøper- og selgersiden på både noterte og ikke-noterte selskaper.
Han har arbeidet mye med forhold knyttet til børs- og verdipapirrett, både i forbindelse med M&A-transaksjoner nasjonalt og internasjonalt, noteringsprosesser på Oslo Børs/Euronext Expand (Oslo Axess), samt de løpende forpliktelser som påhviler noterte selskaper.
Han har tidligere vært viseformann i styret til Strømme ASA, et selskap som var notert på Oslo Børs.
Fredrik har i tillegg arbeidet mye med internasjonale joint ventures knyttet særlig til mobillisenser i utlandet. Han har prosedert voldgiftssaker og saker for domstolene relatert til aksjekjøpsavtaler og aksjonæravtaler. Fredrik bistår også forsikringsselskaper i spørsmål knyttet til W&I-forsikring i M&A-transaksjoner.
