Mohsin Ramani
Mohsin Ramani arbeider med tvisteløsning og prosedyre, både for de alminnelige domstoler og voldgift. Han leder DLA Pipers forsikringssektor i Norden.
Mohsin har erfaring med håndtering av tvister knyttet til bl.a. arbeidsrett, erstatningskrav, forvaltningssaker, konkurranserett og follow-on søksmål, selskapsrett, aksjonærtvister og post M&A samt sjø- og transportrett. Han håndterer i tillegg forsikringssaker med fokus på financial lines, produktansvar, profesjons- og styreansvar, W&I, sjøforsikring inkludert planen og reassuranse.
Nasjonale og internasjonale advokatkåringer rangerer Mohsin innenfor tvisteløsning og forsikring. Han er bl.a. rangert som Up and Coming av Chambers Global og Chambers Europe i Dispute Resolution.
Mohsin har styreerfaring. Han er for tiden bl.a. styremedlem i Sjørettsforeningen samt i Norsk Hydros captive Industriforsikring, som er verdens eldste eksisterende egenforsikringsselskap.
