- Advised a leading company offering dockless electric scooter rentals. Our employment team advised on all of its employment law-related matters in more than 12 European jurisdictions. - Advised a leading US-based global mass media & entertainment conglomerate on all of the employment law issues associated with its comprehensive corporate reorganisation. DLA Piper has worked closely with the client’s human resources team to provided strategic and operational advice and advising on all aspects of the reorganisation.
- Advised a leading US-based global life sciences company on all of its on-going employment matters in Norway. This includes strategic counsel on matters such as reorganisations; employee benefits; employee claims; and pension issues. We also led a cross-border Nordic Region team on a complex reorganisation of the client’s business across the region.
- Advised a global airline on all of its on-going employment matters in Norway. This has included strategic and legal counsel on a range of disputes and on various claims from employees. Our work on this string of major matters demonstrates our Tier One-level reputation among leading global corporates for their employment law matters.
- Advised a listed Swedish distributor of accessories for IT and data communications with a reorganisation of their subsidiaries throughout the Nordics. The employment team assisted with strategic advice as well as preparation of termination letters and negotiation of settlement agreements with management. The case included a number of dismissals in the Danish, Norwegian and Finnish subsidiaries and were all handled within a very short time frame.
- Represented a Finland-based global social media advertising automation company in all daily employment matters, including, among others, employee and management exits and collective agreement matters. In addition, we also coordinate employment advise given to the client’ subsidiaries cross-border e.g. in Spain, The Netherlands and Poland.
- Represented a Finland-based multinational digital access management company in all daily employment matters, including among other daily advice, employee and management exit negotiation and terminations and collective agreement matters.
