Bringing the Danish general conditions into the 21st century

The Danish general conditions in construction contracting have not been amended since the early 1990s, even though a lot has changed in the real world since then. In many ways, the general conditions needed a ‘brushup’ to be brought into the 21st century. This article will highlight a few of the many changes and additions to the new Danish general conditions in construction contracting that entered into force on 1 January 2019.
