DLA Piper has advised on the sale of the majority share in AddSecure Investment I AB

Abry Partners II, LLC, a media, communications, business and information services focused private equity investment firm, has disposed of its majority interest in AddSecure to funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.

Paul Hasting LLP London was the lead legal advisor, while DLA Piper in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland advised on local law. The corporate side was lead from Sweden. Participants from the Stockholm office were, among others, Petter Kjöllerström (partner in charge), Jesper Lindbom, Petros Vardanian, Jessica Ehrling, Michelle Rinaldo Iversen, Nicole Cai and Elisabet Borg. DLA Piper Denmark was headed by Jens Krogh Petersen (partner in charge) and Christoffer Tolstrup, DLA Piper Finland was headed by Matti Ylä-Mononen (partner in charge) and Ida-Sofia Antinluoma and DLA Piper Norway was headed by Sveinung Mjaugedal (partner in charge) and Ole Christian Muggerud. Other DLA Piper offices in Europe did also participate.

Carl Schwieler (partner in charge) and Tim Hagberg In Sweden were leading the local financing, with assistance DLA Piper in the Nordics and European countries.
