Petter Kjöllerström
Petter Kjöllerström has over 20 years of expertise in advising clients on corporate transactions, private equity investments, incentive programs, and corporate law matters. He primarily works with private equity firms and industrial players acquiring companies in Sweden, often involving complex international structures.
Petter has particular expertise in designing and managing incentive programs, both domestic and cross-border, and regularly assists clients throughout all phases of M&A and venture capital transactions – from due diligence and deal structuring to management and divestment. His work also includes reorganisations, ownership matters, and day-to-day corporate governance.
Most of the transactions Petter advises on are cross-border in nature, covering a wide range of jurisdictions. He collaborates closely with our international offices, especially in the Nordics, the US, the UK, and Germany, to deliver integrated advice with a global perspective.
In addition, Petter leads DLA Piper’s Aerospace & Defence practice in Sweden, aiming to provide comprehensive solutions for stakeholders in this rapidly growing and safety-critical industry.

Advising Din Bil Sverige that together with Scania Sverige (Scania) decided to jointly seek to acquire the full business of Bilmetro, as well as, together with Nordisk Renting, some 17 real estate companies, by an acquisition for a combined value of circa SEK 4.4 billion.
